Admission Ticket Pricing

• Admission $50 per person

  • Includes: 2 Premium Prize Level Tickets, and 1 Sheet Tier 1 Tickets (25 Tickets)

    • Note: VIP Early Registrants are also $50 admission with 2 Premium Level Tickets and 1 Sheet of Tier 1 Tickets, but are offered premium seating, exclusive check-in line, and early entry to event

 

Tiers, Values, and Pricing

Tier 1 Prizes - Prizes Valued 0-$100

• Tier 1 Tickets $25 per sheet of 25 tickets 

Tier 2 Prizes - Prizes Valued $100-$500

• Tier 2 Tickets = $35 per sheet of 25 tickets

Premium Tier - Prizes Valued $500+

• Premium Tickets = $20 per ticket or $50 for 3 tickets

 

Ticket Combo Packs 

COMBO PACK 1= $100 ($135 value)

• 2 Sheets Tier 1 Tickets (50) + 1 Sheet Tier 2 tickets (25) + 3 Premium Tier Tickets

COMBO PACK 2 (BEST VALUE) = $150 ($190 Value)

• 2 Sheets Tier 1 Tickets (50) + 2 Sheets Tier 2 Tickets (50) + 5 Premium Tier Tickets

 

Only CASH and CREDIT CARD will be accepted at the event; no checks please.

• Note: Tickets for the Grand Prize and 50/50 Raffle will be sold at the event 

  • Sold at the event: Grand Prize Tickets - $25 per ticket/5 tickets for $100

  • Sold at the event: Super 50/50 - $20 per ticket  

 

Admission Ticket and Ticket Purchasing

• Tickets/Admission must be paid in FULL

• No physical admission tickets will be released for this event. There will be a check in line upon entry to the gymnasium.

• Checks should be made payable to Saint Joseph High School Parents Club. 

• All drop off/mailed registrants must be PAID IN FULL by March 1, 2024 to guarantee admission.

• Admission and Raffle Tickets are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.

• You can pick up your tickets in advance on Thursday, February 15th from 7:00-9:00 pm in the Catanzaro Cafeteria

 

Early Registration/ V.I.P.

• Early registration is January 22, 2024-February 9, 2024

• Any person(s) that register within this date range are automatically VIP

• VIP are offered premium seating and early admission into the event

• Doors open for VIP Guests ONLY at 4:00 pm

• VIP Registrants will have a separate line at the event entrance

• An additional email will be sent to all VIP Guests a week prior to the event with your VIP Pass to show at the door.

• You can pick up your tickets in advance on Thursday, February 15th from 7:00-9:00 pm in the Catanzaro Cafeteria

 

Participants and Seating

• No one under the age of 18 will be admitted.

• All seating is reserved. 

• Parties with less than 10 guests will be combined/seated with others. 

• All tables seat 10 guests. No additional seats can be added due to Fire and Safety Protocol. 

• Seating arrangements will be made by the Basket Raffle Committee and cannot be changed on the night of the event. All efforts will be made to accommodate large parties and seating convenience. VIP Registrants will be offered premium seating.

• ONE PERSON from your group should purchase all admission tickets for your party to guarantee sitting together. This person will be designated your “Table Leader.” 

• If admission tickets are purchased separately, seating requests are not guaranteed.  

• Note: Raffle tickets may be purchased separately from Admission Tickets.
