Admission Ticket Pricing
- Admission $50 per person
- Includes: 2 Premium Prize Level Tickets, and 1 Sheet Tier 1 Tickets (25 Tickets)
- Note: VIP Early Registrants are also $50 admission with 2 Premium Level Tickets and 1 Sheet of Tier 1 Tickets, but are offered premium seating, exclusive check-in line, and early entry to event

Tier 1 Prizes - Prizes Valued 0-$150
- Tier 1 Tickets $25 per sheet of 25 tickets
Tier 2 Prizes - Prizes Valued $150-$400
- Tier 2 Tickets = $35 per sheet of 15 tickets
Premium Tier - Prizes Valued $400+
- Premium Tickets = $20 per ticket or $50 for 3 tickets

Only CASH and CREDIT CARD will be accepted at the event; no checks please.
- Note: Tickets for the Grand Prize and 50/50 Raffle will be sold at the event and cannot be purchased with registration

- Tickets/Admission must be paid in FULL
- No physical admission tickets will be released for this event. There will be a check in line upon entry to the gymnasium.

- Checks should be made payable to Saint Joseph High School Parents Club.
- All drop off/mailed registrants must be PAID IN FULL by February 21, 2025 to guarantee admission.
- Admission and Raffle Tickets are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.
Early Registration/ V.I.P.
- VIP Registration begins January 16, 2025
- The first 20 tables or 200 registrants that register are awarded VIP Status
- VIP are offered premium seating and early admission into the event
- Doors open for VIP Guests ONLY at 4:30 pm
- VIP Registrants will have a separate line at the event entrance
- An additional email will be sent to all VIP Guests with your VIP Pass to show at the door.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: IT IS BEST to register for an entire table or your entire group for VIP Access, late registrants will not be able to join a VIP Table to be fair to those that registered early
Participants and Seating
- No one under the age of 18 is permitted to participate in the event.
- No Smoking or Vaping permitted inside/outside the Saint Joseph High School campus.
- Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated; the Mothers Club Moderator or Saint Joseph Administration reserves the right to remove a guest from the event/campus of Saint Joseph HS at any time during the event.
- No refunds are offered for any purchase of tickets at this event for any reason.
- All seating is reserved.
- Parties with less than 10 guests will be combined/seated with others.
- All tables seat ONLY 10 guests. No additional seats can be added due to Fire and Safety Protocol.
- Seating arrangements will be made by the Basket Raffle Committee and cannot be changed on the night of the event. All efforts will be made to accommodate large parties and seating convenience. VIP Registrants will be offered premium seating. NO LATE REGISTRANTS CAN BE ADDED TO VIP TABLES
- ONE PERSON from your group should purchase all admission tickets for your party to guarantee sitting together. This person will be designated your “Table Leader.”
- If admission tickets are purchased separately, seating requests are not guaranteed.
- Note: Raffle tickets may be purchased separately from Admission Tickets by individuals and not the table leader
