Lacrosse

The Saint Joseph Lacrosse team is playing with a mission during the 2024 campaign - to win the Greater Middlesex Conference title game.

The Falcons have fallen one victory short in each of head coach Anthony Calandra’s two seasons as head coach, falling in the championship game each year.

A key group of seniors hope to lead the Falcons to a GMC Championship this year: Michael Karabinchak ‘24, Andrew Azzinaro ‘24, Michael Krulikowski ‘24, Colin Brockman ‘24, Georgio Varcarolis ‘24, Drew Peters ‘24 and Drew Delabar ‘24.

Karabinchak is headed to Manhattanville College to play lacrosse next year, while Brockman signed a national letter of intent to play at Arcadia University.

Key underclassmen expected to see major minutes this season include Nick Hengerer ‘25, Wallter Scott ‘25, Aiden Paris ‘26, , Tyler DiGraci ‘25 and Jimmy Wasko ‘25. Other key players include newcomers Zach Macdougall ‘27 and Nick Zaneto ‘27.
