A Day in the nest

Freshman for a Day affords 7th and 8th-grade boys interested in Saint Joe’s the opportunity to walk our halls as if they were already a Falcon! All Freshman for a Day participants are paired with a Saint Joseph student and will shadow that student throughout his classes. This allows prospective students to find out if Saint Joe’s is the right fit for them. Prospective transfer students entering 10th, 11th or 12th grade are welcome to attend.

Freshmen for a Day will check in at 7:30 a.m. on their assigned day and will remain on campus until 2 p.m. A complimentary lunch will be provided for all Freshmen for a Day. 

Future Falcons will get the opportunity to conduct their student interview at the end of this visit.

This "day in the life" program is available for current 8th graders beginning on September 15, 2025, and current 7th graders beginning in Winter 2025.
