The admission season at Saint Joe's runs officially opens in March for 7th grade Early Action Program applicants and continues September for candidates currently enrolled in 8th Grade. Prospective students are able to participate in several programs throughout the year to guide their admissions process, including the Early Action Program in the summer between 7th and 8th grades, as well as the Fall Exam Prep Course.
To gain better knowledge of the Saint Joe's Journey to Excellence, our Admissions Team holds many discovery events during the academic year, including athletics and club/activity-based programs.
Our Annual Open House is scheduled yearly on the third Sunday of October.
Admissions response letters go out in early September for those who successfully completed the Early Action Program over the summer and in December for those who complete the Fall Admissions process. Following the decision letters in December, new Freshman applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
Saint Joe's evaluates applications using these four principals:
- The prospective student's application
- The prospective student's grades (courses and standardized tests)
- Performance on the Saint Joe's Entrance & Scholarship Exam
- The prospective student's interview
