Communications & Marketing

the communications team

The Communications and Marketing Office is dedicated to telling the powerful story of our school—our mission, our students, our alumni, and our community. We serve as the central hub for all school communications, providing strategic direction, creative support, and consistent messaging across all platforms. Whether we're highlighting student achievements, promoting upcoming events, or sharing school milestones, our goal is to reflect the excellence and vibrancy of the Saint Joe experience.

What We Do

The Communications and Marketing team is responsible for:

  • Digital Communications:
We manage the school's official communication channels, including:

    • Website: Maintaining accurate, timely, and engaging content that reflects the life and mission of the school.

    • Social Media: Sharing real-time updates, photos, videos, and stories from around campus on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube.

    • News from the Nest: A monthly e-newsletter distributed to parents, alumni, and friends of Saint Joe's, highlighting top news, upcoming events, and important school information.

  • Publications:
We produce a range of key school publications that showcase the heart of our community:

    • Today Magazine – A bi-annual publication celebrating student life, alumni stories, faculty accomplishments, and school traditions.

    • Annual Report – A comprehensive summary of each fiscal year’s financial impact, donor recognition, and stewardship of gifts.

    • Admissions Viewbook – A vibrant introduction to Saint Joseph High School for prospective students and families, highlighting our academic programs, award-winning extracurricular activities, championship athletic programs, and the unique all-boys Catholic school experience.

  • School Marketing:
We provide strategic marketing support for school initiatives, including:

    • Admissions Campaigns: Developing messaging, digital and print materials, advertising strategies, and event promotion to attract prospective students and families.

    • Advancement Communications: Supporting fundraising efforts through Giving Day campaigns, donor communications, event promotion, stewardship materials, and the Annual Report.

    • Brand Management: Ensuring consistent visual identity and messaging across all channels and departments.

    • Video Production and Graphic Design: Creating dynamic content to visually communicate the mission and energy of Saint Joseph High School.
