The Astronomy Club provides a non-classroom social setting where students may participate in astronomical activities of their choice and design.

The club's activities may include field trips, use of the school observatory, and use of a remotely controlled telescope. The moderator and members also assist students who wish to build their own telescopes.

The Astronomoy Club is open to all St. Joe's students. It meets once a month.
